Reservation process:
first fill in the reservation form with the type of room, number of people and dates. We will send you an email confirming our availability for the dates requested. Once you have received this confirmation via email, you will need to secure your reservation by depositing 50% of the total amount of your reservation in one of our bank accounts. Please send us by email your deposit receipt so we can register your payment in our system.

Our Cancellation policy states that all refunds exclude the non-refundable booking fee (US$20). As soon as we receive written notice of the cancellation of a reservation, a refund will apply only to cancellations received sixty (60) days or more prior to arrival at the hotel. If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, cancellations must be made previously. A 50% refund will apply to cancellations received from fifty-nine (59) to thirty (30) days prior to arrival at the hotel. There will be no refund for cancellations received twenty nine (29) days or less prior to the arrival date. In case you need to change your dates , it will depend subject to availability and you would have to let us know at least 3 weeks before.
