We
still haven't learned to coexist with the biosphere
(the thin layer that surrounds our planet, containing
and sustaining life).
500 years have passed since the last Incas abandoned this paradise. What would they say if they could see what their sacred sanctuary been converted into?
It is a shame that people no longer respect Pachamama,
instead they pollute and damage it for their own
personal interests. People's inaction enhances
and increases the problem. Just as the damage
we are causing the environment affects us all
(discriminating between neither race, religion,
or culture) the will to learn to respect our mother
earth must also start in each of us.
We currently find ourselves at breaking point and the consequences of our inaction now will be shockingly serious for our future generations. It only requires a little bit of consciousness to understand, respect and take care of our natural resources, but the results of this effort are invaluable.
We believe that there is still hope and that we are in time to change the course of events. It all starts with education and learning to respect and live in harmony with our mother earth.
What is now left, for each of us to do, is to inform and take action in each of our personal lives before the damage becomes irreversible
