Peruvian Cuisine: Peruvian cuisine is widely regarded as the most delicious and diverse tastes in the South American region. In the last few years its profile has risen because of recognition of the unique flavours, secrets and tastes of our typical dishes.

Thanks to Peru´s unique biodiversity traditional dishes draw on a wide variety of fresh ingredients, from the constant supply of fresh fish, to the incredibly tasty fruits and vegetables that grow year round; Historically speaking, from pre Inca times onwards we have had such varied influences from different peoples, from the coast, the jungle, the Andes and then from the colonial times (Spanish, Italians, Japanese, Chinese, Africans, French and more). All these factors contribute to the richness of the Peruvian cuisine.

The staff: The 3 Rupa Wasi owners have a devotion and love for exquisite food. We have 6 years offering our tasty food to our visitors. Is also important to mention that all our staff have been carefully selected and trained through years and share our enthusiasm for food.

The Classes: Initially classes are based on a theoretical explanation of the menu, you will learn not only recipes, but the whole process, different ways of portioning, packaging and storing local produce.

A participative demonstration will be done next, before eating your creation The classes will be in the evening, depending on your schedule.
They will last around 1.30 hrs and consist of 3 dishes from our menu.
The price per person is US$30  including a glass of wine.
