Great staff. We requested room #5 and luckily we got it! Best view ever!!! The Tree House restaurant was amazing. The complimentary breakfast every morning was quite impressive, best breakfast of the entire trip! Real coffee, perfect over easy eggs (request them fried)... We ordered the "lunch box" for our Machu Picchu day. Good call! We hiked Wayna Picchu and it was delicious and just what we needed. Our shower water was hot and with great water pressure. The hotel is up the stairs but it's a small price to pay. Trust me that you are staying at one of the best places in Aguas. Enjoy!

We stayed here for 1 night on a visit of MP. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with a very warm welcome. It was low season when we visited so we were given a free upgrade to a room with a view, which was a great view due to the hotel's location up 50 or so steps from the main town square. The level of English was perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable with good bathrooms and nice hot water. The breakfast was excellent and even available at 4:30am enabling us to get on the first bus to MP.

Great service, excellent food, spectacular views: five stars. I would recommend this hotel to all types of travellers, it´s an unforgetable experience. I will definately be back the next time I am in Cusco. Wonderful friendly people and one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
